Open the tool, select your CSV or TSV, check delimiter and encoding, then choose Excel .xlsx in the export panel.

Values remain text, so postcodes, codes such as 00123 and long identifiers keep their zeros and precision.

Formula protection is enabled by default for values beginning with =, +, - or @.
