CSV files
File contents, names, edits, history and exports are processed in browser memory. The application has no upload route and stores no CSV data on a server. Closing or refreshing the tab clears the workspace.
Technical data and necessary storage
OVH receives the requests needed to serve the site and may retain ordinary technical logs such as IP address, date, requested resource, browser and response code. local-csv-consent-v4 stores the notice version, date, expiry and purpose choices for 180 days. local-csv-language-v1 stores the requested language. These stores and the static application cache are not used to track browsing.
Purposes and legal bases
Site delivery and security rely on the requested service and the publisher’s legitimate interest. Necessary language and privacy-choice storage supports requested functions. Umami and Google Analytics audience measurement relies on optional, revocable consent. Email replies rely on legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps.
Cookies, trackers and audience measurement
By default and after “Reject all”, no analytics or advertising tag loads. “Accept all” currently enables audience measurement only; “Customize” offers that purpose separately. The footer control withdraws consent at any time. Umami is self-hosted at monitoring.filippoceli.com, uses no cookie and receives a parameter-free path, device categories, performance and limited product events. Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, receives the same limited categories and may create _ga and _ga_<id> for at most 395 days from first deposit without renewal. Google advertising and personalization signals remain denied. Neither service receives file names, CSV contents, headers, cells, searches, exact row counts or URL parameters.
Providers and transfers
CSV files are disclosed to no recipient. Technical data may be available to OVH, the Umami instance operated for SAS ACFA and, after consent, Google Ireland Limited and its processors. Google may process data outside the EEA under its published safeguards. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Advertising
No advertising network, AdSense tag or advertising cookie is active. Disabled infrastructure only reserves a future option on editorial pages. Activation requires an updated notice, a certified IAB TCF consent platform and respect for the advertising choice. Tool and result pages containing CSV data remain ineligible for ads.
Retention and changing your choice
The workspace lasts for the tab. Privacy choices last 180 days; the language lasts until changed or browser data is cleared. Google Analytics cookies last at most 395 days without renewal; user and event data in Analytics and Umami is limited to 14 months. Use “Manage cookies” in the footer to change or withdraw consent.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent from every page and request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by emailing managemy@local-csv.com. You may complain to your competent supervisory authority. Information updated 19 August 2026.
