Shifted columns
Try another delimiter. Semicolons are common in French exports, while commas and tabs are common elsewhere.
Incorrect accents
Read the file as UTF-8, then Windows-1252 if necessary.
Clean and undo
Remove spaces, empty rows and exact duplicates. Use the history arrows to go back.

Choose one of ten formats and export all, displayed or selected rows. Keep formula protection enabled for spreadsheets.
